Imagine Moving On

We all develop patterns, beliefs, expectations, and ways of responding to the world around us. Some serve us well. Others create resistance, keep us repeating experiences we would rather change, or simply stop making sense as our lives change.

Moving on doesn’t require rejecting where you are. It begins with seeing it clearly. By examining what is shaping your experience, considering other perspectives, and imagining what might be different, you create the possibility of responding with greater intention.

Imagine Moving On is a collection of ideas, reflections, and resources for doing just that. There are no formulas here and no promises of transformation—just perspectives to consider, practices to experiment with, and an invitation to see what is useful to you.

See what is.

Accept what is.

Imagine what could be.
