PAB Counseling, PLC is the official business name for my private practice. Utilizing psychotherapy I address understanding addiction in the individual’s life and support overcoming the addiction through addressing establishment of physical security, supportive relationships and fulfilling activities. To abstain from substances and behaviors and live a sober life everyone needs a safe place to be, good people to be there with, and fulfilling things to do. I believe that focusing on filling your life with what you consider “good” (or healthy) will prevent your life from being taken over by what you consider “bad” (or unhealthy). You decide what needs to change, I’m here to support you in planning how to do that.
I am always taking new clients. My office is physically accessible (we have an elevator). I currently accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna and Medicaid insurances, as well as cash. My office hours are 7am to 2pm Monday and 7am to 6pm Tuesday through Thursday. I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) so I can provide the required counseling for license reinstatement associated with VT Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program for DUI convictions.
